Democracy Prep Charter School’s high school opened in August 2009 to 80 ninth grade scholars from Democracy Prep Charter Middle School. At the end of Democracy Prep Charter High School's second year, over 90% of scholars passed Regents Exams in Integrated Algebra, Living Environment, Geometry, Chemistry, and Global History. Democracy Prep High currently serves grades nine through eleven and will send its first class of scholars to college in 2013.
