The Network Team
The Democracy Prep Public Schools network team represents a mix of deep education experience, business expertise, and organizational savvy. The team supports all of Democracy Prep’s schools and works to build more Democracy Prep schools to serve more of Harlem’s families. Democracy Prep Public Schools Staff are stationed on the ground in all our schools, rather than in a central office apart. This provides an extra dose of college-going culture for our scholars, and enables us to stay connected to the real reasons we come to work every day: our scholars.
